Will do - but not sure how objective I'll be after only a couple of 1000 miles!

The first few have started being delivered to Disco4.com members - lots of 'perma grin' so far.

Just been on the phone to a rep at the 'tractor' side of the same dealership and bought a £25,000 cultivator, luckily with 3 years 0% finance as the pots is now officially empty.

Dont be silly, Id have skipped if it had been abused towing a caravan, practice what you preach and all that.

The rep must have heard about me as he went into great detail regarding its lack of tow bar Thumbs Up
To his credit he kept quiet about the other customer in the showroom waiting to buy it if I chickened out, he only pointed the fellow out after we shook on the deal.
Turns out the other customer was a fellow farmer and was a serious potential buyer I beat him to it by about 20 minutes At work

Hi Bronidle, yes it is a nasty self tapper as you put it

The guards were fitted to the orginal front end, after updating, the brackets would not fit flush on the new bumper. A simple fix I thought would be to talk to our local LR parts department, and get the updated version,oh yes we can do that sir, only you have to buy a. Full set of new guards at nearly £100, so I said thanks but no thanks and then carried out my quick fix, I'm happy with it, now have some black self tappers holding it on, still use the two Allen bolts To attach it to the front wing.

Hi,

I have not got the part numbers to hand, they will have to come from a dealer.

To answer your question.

1.what is the difference beetwen the TD4 bumper and the SD4 bumper?

On facelift, the TD4 and SD4 is the same, the grill on SD4 is silver and TD4 is grey.

2.is there any difference on the rear bumper beetwen the 2007 freelander 2 and the facelifted freelander?

No, but some are fully colour coded and some are body colour/grey.

3.can i fit my old foglamps to the new bumper bezzel?

Yes

4. i wonder if the lower bumper cover is same as the 2007 lower bumper?

I don't understand the question. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
