I need to track down the original dealership so that I can get the service book stamped up. I only have service book from current LR dealership and they have been trying to track down the original service book since Sept last year. |

You may be able to track down previous owner via address on registration document |

Thanks but we know who the previous owner is - he is now a regular at the current dealership after moving into the area. But it looks like he's lost the original service book. I was just hoping to try and push matters along a bit rather than just leaving to the dealership: even thought of going through DVLC. Does anyone know if LR at Gaydon hold and data? |

I thought the dealer should have access to that info on their computer system and be able to tell where and when the car has been serviced assuming it has been serviced at an LR dealer to begin with ______________________

Hi, you can try this http://www.motinfo.gov.uk/internet/jsp/E… here you should be able to trace the cars history providing you can prove your the new keeper.

If you go on the TOPIx site it will give you the selling dealers ID No. then you just need to translate that to a dealership, maybe your local LR dealer could tell you.
