Perhaps it aggravated an imminent issue with the clutch. I have had the same driving conditions many times and had no such problems.

I have a landrover warrantry but if it wont do it in the dry how do i convince them there been a problem.

Well brakes are no good just after they have been soaked with water until they heat up and dry off, same with a clutch I should think. The bell housing isnt guaranteed waterproof so it could temporarily fill with some water if you went through some deep enough. |

I think it best to drive it dry and see what happens - if you haven't driven in deep water you don't know what to expect...! 2002 Honda VFR800
