It was driving quite well, unless you seriously think two seven stone farmhands are actually pushing a two ton car across a muddy field with apparent ease.

The LR experience day guy told me that wet grass/light mud is one of the worst surfaces to drive on if not the worst. Better tyres would help but perhaps the zig zag approach to steering as seen on the LR day would help LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

yes rev the nuts off it, dig through the slippy surface, throwing mud back does actually propel you forwards. then once you get moving your laughing, dont stop for nobody

Once a street tire is "loaded" with mud, it becomes a slick tire.
