Hi all.
I'm currently looking at changing my car (BMW 123d). I like the look and drive of the Freelander2.

I have spotted two on the used aproved web site.
Both are 09 plate XS in silver but one is a Td4e.... Does that little e make much difference????
Both cars have just over 30000 miles and are priced at £16000.

Anything else I should be looking out for???

The little 'e' denotes stop/start technology and as manual clutch/DMF problems have occurred in earlier TD4 models, the TD4e supposedly has a 'beefed' up DMF to handle this technology.
If you tow then an Auto is a safer bet.
Things to look out for are Tailgate switch water contamination, Handbrake disc pads seizing, DPF problems dependent on your style of driving (although not just LandRover), Rear Diff bearing, not many regular issues really but sure others will add to the list.
