Only doable on Black Freelanders, any other colour would require a lot longer Mr. Green Rub down, prime, spray black, clear coat, polish and wax 😄

Mr Crabtree I forgive you as I grew up in your neck of the woods - Born Ashton Infirmary, lived in Hyde, Dukinfield and Newton before moving away and my Grandad was from Denton Thumbs Up

Don't tell any of the Yorkshire contingent though - bad enough me being a vanner without the Lancashire connection Whistle Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

Just to make things a little interesting on the 24th, I will donate a nice bottle of Chateauneuf du pape for the best turned out exterior paintwork FL2.
It wont be mine as I arrive on Friday and will do lots of miles while there.

I hope the host CG will act as judge.

So, get polishing those FL2's.
I can imagine certain members burning the midnight oil already Whistle Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Doubt I'll have the time to polish mine, haven't found it in the last 3 years so I doubt it will turn up in the next 3 weeks Smile
