Plastic rear bumper protection

I've noticed my rear bumper is already scratch - doing up running laces.

Anyone used any plastic film protection that they would recommend?

Thanks
Simon

I bought some off paragontapes on e----bay.

Stuck it on the top edge of the rear bumper about a year ago. At the top I tucked it under the black plastic clip-on tread. Still there, not peeling, blistering or lifting at the corners. Tape is slightly stretchy so that contours can be followed. Once on you cannot see the edge half way down the bumper. I've also put a narrow strip along the exposed paint on the door cill as this often gets scraped by shoes and boots. Tape is quite tough...kids muddy shoes don't tear it at all. Not cheap, but well worth it. Needs a bit of skill to get it on straight.
