Tailgate seal replacement

Anyone know how to replace the tailgate rubber seal, mine's split. I assume it just pulls off but would like advice/hints before I start. Also LR part no.

Thanks for info EYorkshire especially regarding checking the VIN number to make sure I get correct one. Any tips on replacement procedures from anyone? Question 11 GS Bali Blue
