Or Ole Ollson, Howard Cole, Malc Simmons, (complete with white scarf) Terry Betts and followed by little Ian Turner (Tiddler) all at Saddlebow Road. Then moved I south, they opened racing at Wembley, awful, no atmosphere compared to the nights at Lynn when Belle Vue or Poole Pirates were in town. |

Real sad the circumstances behind Kenny Carter's death, could so easily have been avoided.

OK Speedway you have my interest now...... I guess you must be an ex or current speedway rider or maybe just a committed fan. Either way why not give us your history, come on give us the full SP

JSF, used to ride at Halifax in the early 60s mostly second halves but got some reserve rides too, never much good and couldn't afford the latest equipment, as I told EY in a pm you needed good equipment to progress.

Another 4th place...getting closer to the podium! 2.4 seconds off Stoner, all over Pedrosa's back wheel and all on a circuit he hates! John

He certainly has taken to the 1000cc motors , great to see the BBC interview in his motohome he is "real" in a way that James Toseland struggled to be, just hope that politics keeps out of it and he gets upgrades through the season that keep him competetive with his team mate 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

just hope he can improve his start technique for Silverstone, if he can get off the line as well as he qualifies he can be in with a real chance of podium 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

Yes, I wonder if it is because Pedrosa, Lorenzo and Stoner are all little guys who weigh nothing and hence get away quicker!
