Just to add to Captain's info, the rear door is easy to facelift - I managed it in a couple of hours without too much trouble - basically drilling a few more holes to locate the longer chrome ar$e piece (which I actually prefer )

I have a 2007 HSE which I found after a lot of searching. It only had 28,000 on the clock with a full LR history at one dealership. It is mint and saved me a whole lot of dosh! One of the benefits of buying an older one is no DPF!

Ah but we with the DPF have the pleasure of helping save the planet and not choking the little old lady as we pass her on the pavement.

But while I'm doing that, I look over towards Solihull and see the thick haze of pollution above the unfortunate town knowing the continued use of non DPF cars are slowly choking the poor residents that live there .

Erm guys, aren't we are drifting OT here a bit? - facelift to DPF to woofers & tweeters?
I looked at this and the construction of the chrome ar$e piece does not really lend itself to fixing with double sided tape. It is only a few extra holes which don't show anyway - you don't even need to modify the inner skin either, although it can be a bit fiddly doing it that way.
