Yeah, but Aviva ain't exactly a company I'd deal with. Their policy is not as good as others. |

That's good news for you this year Annie - pity you can't buy for more years ahead - it's going to cost you girls next year when you have to be included with us "mad men"! 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

I agree it's nonsense, but the EU says it's got to happen to avoid discrimination - looks like reverse discrimination to me. 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

Was with Direct Line for a Disco 2. Informed them of a vehicle change to FL2 and listed the factory options and dealer fitted accessories it had. Finally after 30+ minutes came the reply our underwriters won't insure your new vehicle

We have just changed our 3 cars from Admiral to LV, FL2 HSE 12k miles £290 including EU and legal cover. It just depends which companies are seeking premium income to invest at the time you renew, this week Axa seem to be looking for income so may be worth a look. Its also well worth checking the latest policy documents, Admiral for one have made changes to which I would not agree. Only giving basic third party cover abroad is becoming common with many. |

Spuddie, I am with Ditect Line, they have been competitive and not bothered about fitted options?

"...ruling by the European Court of Justice that bans setting insurance prices according to gender not taking effect until December 2012..." perhaps next time round you'll get clobbered with it being in Mrs Dunroof's name ... Be true to yourself. That way happiness lies... |
