Plebeian is the word that springs to mind as it embodies all that's erroneous in its presentation and execution. Aptly, one single description from LR's copy writer's quill does strike a resonant cord: "aniline". Probably that oily liquid has played a significant role in the application of the dyes, drugs, leather and plastics in the Evoque SE and VB - both of which being consummate "White Dwarf's". (or in this case, faded into Matt Stornoway Grey Dwarf's within the the earth's hemisphere - Sir Patrick Moore would be vomiting all over his telescope)

I suppose if we could afford it we would all want to purchase something a little unique for a runaround. We find it difficult to comprehend that someone would pay that amount of money for a vehicle, but there are many people with £1000 bangers that look upon our cars and us in the same light.
