I have the Milenco Grand Aero Mirrors and recommend them. Can't find them in Ann Summers though. Rolling Eyes

Ok boys youve all got her hot and sweaty regarding these Grand Aero thingies.
Now I do my usual dithering act till SHE coughs up for them Very Happy

Now we come to the "Highly Efficient (and bloody annoying) Caravanning Missus" syndrome.

Ford Galaxy - take the seats out and you have a van - and said van was always packed accordingly!
Freel 2 - lay the back seats down and you have sod all!
So the checklist for our next jaunt is as follows - and these are all essentials!
1. Dog cage with added dog.
2. Portable fridge just in case the one in the caravan gets full.
3. "Must have caravanners dream" portable twin-tub washing machine that serves no purpose whatsoever except use copius amounts of water that muggings here has to fetch from the nearest Well whilst straining-off the odd turd and rubber thing courtesy of whatever "Eco-Friendly" site we land at.
4. Full size Dorema Awning complete with ally poles, awning carpets, left and right bedroom annexes ( one for the mutt and one in case any of the five kids call - Kids? Theyre all in their twenties, tell them to Censored off)
5. Van load of fishing gear (non negotiable).
6. Eco-friendly microwave oven that takes 3 days to warm a tin of beans. Mad
7. Eco-friendly low-wattage kettle that compliments the microwave - 3 days to boil a cup of water Big Cry
8. Wobbly camping tables, lethal-looking foldy chairs straight from the set of Saw V, lecky awning heaters for the pooch( its NOT coming in HERE!!!) and of course, boxes and boxes of Fairy Liquid, Jif, Wash Powder, Conditioner, Flash, and of course, boxes and boxes of those eco things bought from Towsure and associated caravanning shops that do not work, will never work, and all come from China. (Yes, we do have a windy-up compass and torch gizmo just in case anyone needs the camp bog in the night - you always know when a fellow camper is going for a crap at 3am by the sound of the gut-wrenching whine of the dynamo and the howling of the dog).

So there you have it. No room in caravan cos its already full!

My Dad told me to never get married Big Cry

Surprised no one has mentioned these:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/PAIR-BOXED-TOWING-...amp;sr=8-1

Had them on all my FL2s no issues and best of all, they're on and off in seconds (im really struggling to avoid the innuendos here) so ill stop.

I currently have a pair of cheap strap ons from my T5 that just about manage to hang on the FL2 but vibrate badly.

Tried the Milenco grand aeros at the weekend but could not get the clamps to stay on the mirror housing. Must admit that i had recently used back to black spray to clean the mirror housing.
I was surprised that the fixed end of the clamp did not have a rubber pad as it was this that was sliding off.
Took them back for a refund.

You need to bend the arm of the Grand Aeros to follow the profile of the Freely mirrors and they will be fine, the MY9 mirrors did away with the arched visor along the top of the mirror so no need to bend the arm on later models. Thumbs Up
