Personal i would have just stuck the bikes inside the caravan. I had no issues with a maxxraxx on my FL1 and is fine on the FL2. Well made bit of kit

The bottom of the rack sits on the bumper where the most weight is directed. The top and side straps are just stopping it from falling backwards. Dont want to put oily bikes in my brand new caravan and only using on road. |
