Upgraded my head unit to an HSE one but left the speakers the same and found the sound quality fine. Have borrowed an HSE and tried to compare the two. My opinion is that its too much effort and expense to change the speakers and to get the dealer to configure it all. Also, I'm not sure how accesible the wire is for the centre dash speaker. |

I have an 2008 HSE with 8 speakers + sub. It is easy to fit the outer 2 dash speakers. Does anybody know if the wiring is present there or you have to make a new one from the central unit or from the door speaker? |
