EV, could be something to do with Ebay rules, if it is new it has to be packaged, but really as it is programmed it is used as it cannot be reprogrammed. Confused

I can imagine there are a lot of FL2 owners out there who havethe 'spare' key fob in a draw or cupboard - it is never used and has a totally flat battery - hence described as unused and in good condition Thumbs Up 2002 Honda VFR800

Maybe they are "blanks" and therefore can be programmed, for the first time, on your car.
Your keys, somewhere on the time axis, were "blanks" and then they were programmed for your car.
Maybe these ones are factory blanks...

Alex, both listings state they are used and need reprogramming, where as if they were new they would just need programming Thumbs Up
