Can anyone give me a rough idea of what I should be paying to have a facelift front bumper resprayed to match the car?

Also, anyone know of a good bodyshop in Nottingham that doesn't charge the earth? 2010 HSE TD4 auto, Biscay Blue, Almond Leather, facelift front and rear, detachable towbar, front & rear mudflaps, bib spoilers, clear high level brake light, smooth rear wiper, colour coded door handles.

I intend to do the rear end too but want to get the front sorted first. The bumper has just arrived - its in good condition with a few scratches and one small ding which is probably why it was a reject Everything is there except for one bulb holder and bulb.

I would like to remove the lights and trim before I have it sprayed but on quick examination they dont appear to be easily removed. Any ideas as to how they come out?
