Is anyone else alloy wheel paint coming off!!!

Nope but then mine were cleaned and cared for by one mr mcp!

Sounds like yours have had a smart repair - look good to sell the vehicle on... But 6months later they will flake a look Censored especially if using acid cleaners or jet wash.

Only way to fix them properly is to have them dipped, sand blasted and powder coated. Take it back to the dealer and chances are try will just do another smart repair which will only last another 6 months!!

Had this before on my last BM - i would say it happens a lot, especially with ex demo and approved used Freelander 2 TD4 Auto, SE, Narvik Black, Alpaca full leather, Rear Headrest Entertainment System, 6 CD, 18 HSE Wheels, Privicy tints

Mine is starting to come off. Not sure if it is just a flaw from the painting process or the salt that was used in the roads where my LR2 was originally purchased.

I have the 19" wheels BTW Cuatro Por Cuatro

The wheel I kerb has bubbled paint on a spoke, only a tiny bit though and it's not split

Yep the approved used we bought had the same issue after one pressure wash , filler and paint job, anyhow the tyres more road orientated than I wanted and not matched,2 x part worn wranglers and two new Rodians, so I bought 5 brand spanking new 17" XS wheels on Ebay for £220 fitted 4 with the new All Terrain tyres we wanted ayway, then sold the GS wheels and tyres on e-bay cleared £200 ! and I still have a spare wheel in case we damage one 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

2016 Subaru Outback SE 2.0 diesel SE Premium Lineartronic Sold 2024 after 8 years and 80k miles . Best Car I ever owned !

2023 Toyota Hilux invincible X 2.8 Auto .
