Is there a steering fault? Very Happy I had a rear diff fault, didn't know about the other one.

Ive got more steering problems, turn the wheel to the left or right and theres a clonk banging sound plus theres a slight wine sound as you excelerate away. Bloody pain in the backside any one else got or had this what was the fix cheers

fault was origonally blames on careless welding on earlier models, the poll shows the fault still remain Confused we need more numbers At work

UK 09 = Registered on/after 1st March 2009
UK 59 = Registered on/after 1st September 2009

I didnt even know about steering problems with FL2. I have read about the ones on the Ewok forum but didnt realise we had them aswell Rolling Eyes

So apart from the clutch/dmf and rear diff, i now need to wait for steering problems Banging Head 59 TD4e XS in galway green

Norway 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Tambora Flame

Got the heavy steering and the sound Sad Changed the reservoar and the fluid, but it didn't help. Guess I'll have to take it to the garage. Mine is a 2007 with 72000km.
Will LR cover any of this outside of warrenty? FL2, TD4 HSE
