Actually Arese refers to the legendary V6 engine built by alfa romeo and called V6 Arese.

Yes you're right, this is exactly what happened.

I think Tan color only comes with "windsor" leather they call it "pack premium" and has an extra cost of about 1600€. What I wanted to order initially is "normal" black "Napoli" leather. the vendor proposed me then to take this Tan "windsor" leather for free, I said YES !!!! Laughing
