Mazda....sports car..... Question Question Question

My father-in-law has a 61 plate limited edition Mazda MX5 and it's a
lovely little car, very, very nice, but it's no sports car.

I would disagree, the MX5 is every bit a sports car and a bit of a classic one at that !!

quite fancy one myself

Laughing a toy sports car....

My TVR Sagaris was a sports car and the
RS6 Avant that I replaced it with is more
of a sports car.

To me a sports car = FAST Thumbs Up

I'm only joking Iain, the MX5 is a super little "sports car"

Buy one, summer is coming. The in-laws got it in about May
last year, so it's an 11 not a 61. Screen price was about £22k
and he paid £16k.......big discounts are available if purchased
at the right time.

may just do that, but would need to trade in the IQ, which is also a great wee car.

United Kingdom

I certainly wouldn't have a problem with the badge; one of the cars that I seriously considered before I found the Freelander was a Superb estate.

Against all the other VW products, it only really the looks (particularly the ghastly radiator grilles) that let them down. I certainly wouldn't have wasted the extra for the Audi equivalent of the Superb.

I wouldn't bother with the VRS models myself though; Skodas make by far the most sense as diesel powered workhorses.
