New Phone

A little advice please Smile
When I bought the car the phone was 'paired' not by me and I am now getting a new phone at work. I can't see the 'pairing' of the new phone being a problem as it shows up in the LR compatibility listing (although nothing with LR is straight forward).
But when I delete the existing phone does this automatically remove everything or do I also need to remove all existing contacts elsewhere in the car menu before 'pairing' up the new one?
