retrofit cruise control FL2

Hallo,

is it currently possible to enable the function for the retrofit cruise control
(Freelander 2, MY2010)?

In Germany they told me, that LR has impeded this.
So in Germany it seems that it is no longer possible to retrofit a cruise control.

Has anybody experience?
