Hi,
Anybody got any idea when this puppy will be launched?
The wait is killing me.

I may be wrong but November 2006 seems to ring a bell! RRS 2.7 TDV6 HSE Zambezi silver, Alpaca, Privicy Glass, Sun roof, PTI, Tasmod's sills, DVD for the offspring, Sex on wheels! RRSPORT.CO.UK sticker on back window! S/C grill & Vents, Front & Rear Lamp Guards, Driving lamps and mud in places you wouldn't believe!
D3 for the wife - No extras! (she has to earn them!)

There's no official launch date yet, rumours are flying about regarding launch at the London Motor Show but nothing set in stone yet

2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Zermatt Silver

The motor show is definate, the on sale date is not yet confirmed but likley to be Oct/Nov in the UK.

Had a call from LR tonight... asking if I wanted a brochure for the Freelander. I said no thanks as I have a D3 and Freelander 1 already. And in any case the new ones due soon.

Yes she said, in November. Would I like a brochure in October then and a test drive early November ?

My dealer said there maybe a delay in the 'consumer' launch. Might even be pushed back to 2007.

Also said that they were looking to Iceland for the official journo launch, but again that was up in the air because of the possible launch delay.
