I suppose it's a ThermoTop C.
Then the pin 2 is the diagnose I/O pin, but it's not w-bus protocol. TTC doesn't talk w-bus.
But you can start the heater by supplying 12V to FBH's pin 1.
So you should connect the OUT pin (not WBUS pin) of the 1533 timer to pin 1 of the FBH's connector.
The OUT pin is an analog output that goes 12V when ON and 0V when OFF.
But I suppose that the temperature restrictions, when the FBH remains connected with the car, aplies.
So you won't be able to start it when exterior temperatures are above 5 degrees C.
