I'm not keen on winter weather either. I don't like driving in it. But my camera loves it Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice. |

Very little snow in Lancashire, this is fairly high up ~1000ft, nothing in the towns, may have a ride round although thawing at the moment too.

Horrible freezy stuff, you try powerwashing concrete yards clean when its snowing and freezing to the concrete, mixed in with lovely chicken . Never eat brown snow. frozen water pipes to defrost

Yesterday our local Sunday newspaper said it was colder in our region over the last 48hrs (minus 28° night - minus 13° day) than in Island. I did point out that those crafty but bankrupt debt defaulting Islanders have one amenity that we do not have: lots of geysers to bathe in to keep you fit and warm. Her Ladyship's (and daughter's) response - good idea - put that into your plans for the new house build - an outdoor hot tub. |

Have to laugh, one of my boys lives on a small estate at Milton Keynes, they gritted the estate roads 10am Saturday morning this is very good as we dont get the roads round our way unless it is on a designated bus route, any way, its not all good as at 11am the road sweeper came round |
