Football, football, why can't you lads talk about a great outstanding English team. They had a grand day in and out of the wicket at the seaside yesterday. Must have been a tad too hot for them out there and preferred a Pims in the Pavilion instead - champion. And, they did look like a football team - ninety minutes and it was almost all over.

Her ladyship interrupted me and I thought that I'd got that Alf Ramsey hint in before I pressed "submit". She's in a foul stinking mood because despite the lovely powder snow conditions the sun did not come out enough for her to put her Ray Bans on - so it was no go on the slopes.
