United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto Ipanema Sand
3rd Party manual

Hi all.

I took the liberty of inquiring with a well known 3rd party manual publisher if they planned a new workshop manual for the FL2. They suggested they had not one planned for publication in the next 18 months or so, but they do keep these requests and they do influence the publication of their manuals.

That would suggest to me, that if more people sends them a mail asking them to publish a new fl2 Manual, this would bring the model to the fore and they would then bring forward the publishing of a new manual.

So what do you think guys n gals, should we encourage folk to contact them?  MY2014 SD4 XS

Perhaps we could all write a chapter on our individual specialist subjects... Mine would be getting rid of the turbo whistle on the MY11s.

England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Zermatt Silver

While I have found Haynes manuals for older cars very good I think some of their offerings for more modern vehicles fall short of what is needed.

What we need is something like the Rave CD that was available for the FL1 and other Land Rover / Rover vehicles. What if there were no hypothetical situations?
