yes they are good, sold mine to a forum member he likes it too, ideal elbow/gearstick configuration, conflicts with handbrake slightly but not a deal breaker At work

Another area a updated Freelander could improve upon, bigger central armrest/cubby box like a Ranger Rover. |

ken, i was kinda thinking the same thing but then decided to get one. i bought mine from fleabay and it arrived last week. £83 plus £10 from germany. Its ideal, elbow hasnt left it since.

my armrest had a wooden lower box with a pleather covering, the brit part ones seem to have a cheaper looking plastic box, is this correct?

Yes Britpart is a plastic (ABS) box, as do the latest WoodCo versions, they are now ABS.
