Auto Express have just had delivered an Audi Q3 for their usual 6 month or so stint to see if its any good, whilst it probably isnt a rival for the FL2 (the Q5 would be the rival) I was gobsmacked to read the price of it.

I was quite surprised when an A2 was smaller than an A3 - so much for Euro sizes! Freelander 1 TD4 HSE - gone, 2 weeks after the Cat.Converter!

I wouldn't have an Audi Q at any price, all fur coat and no knickers. Gone, 2007 TD4 SE Auto Baltic blue, clear side repeaters, full sized alloy spare.

Odd thing is that I have not seen any Q3's on the road in the South East but on the Friday before Christmas I saw three in half an hour in Stratford upon Avon. Not sure what that tells me other then the local Audi dealer up there is sh*t hot at selling over priced cars. |

Just had a ride in one today from the office in Barcelona back to the hotel. Very, very solid feel and quality interior, and it was fitted with the auto start/stop diesel engine, not too bad for space either but £40,000 ! the one I went in was a company motor, and I suspect that will be the market for them where Land Rovers and such which have comparitively high CO output are not seen to tick the "environmental box" 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership
