My previous phone, a Samsung model would disconnect frequently, Soy Ericcson and new iPhone have been faultless in this respect.

Think you may have a problem, My car was parked outside my house for 5 weeks whilst I was in Australia at the end of last year, not only did it start first time but the phone hooked up to the car straight away as well.

Sorry still no answer, my iPhone 3Gs worked faultlessly with my last Freelander as does my 4 with this one.

Not sure if it'll help, but I had a problem with my HTC disconnecting all the time. Turns out it seemed to be related to a conflict between the bluetooth and wifi. If I turned the phone's wifi off in the car, there was no problem. Worth a try. |
