Got a call at work from my wife to inform me that we have a lot of storm damage and lost quite a few roof tiles. But this was not the bad news - they had landed on my pride and joy. After a few F s and other words, I made my way home to be greeted with the image below.

be very careful when you get it back......DO NOT turn on the heater fan without being prepared

Im happy with the repair garage as they are LandRover, RangeRover, BMW and Porsche recommended. I did a bit of digging prior to calling the insurance and I asked for the car to go there MY13- TD4 XS Mauritius Blue, Privacy glass, Cold climate pack, Tailgate spoiler, Armrest pack, LED signature, Body side mouldings, Full size spare and finally Mudflaps

I feel sick looking at this , feel sorry for you , one thing I suppose least it wasn't your wife's or your head they landed on, hope the repair goes ok for you. |

Brings back memories but my roof tile was a motorbike and my car was less than 2 months old

Looks like at least 2 of your roof tiles survived the drop anyway. |

Tried to claim on house insurance and was laughed off the phone. Aviva (car insurance) have been great and said that I would never be able to claim off house insurance. Nothing heard back from repairer yet regarding timescales but they reckoned the sunroofs could be problem in sourcing as they are not an everyday part.
