Wiper Blade Refill

Anyone replaced just the refill?
Found some on fleabay for just £5.70 inc postage.
Any good? Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Tried Halford's own 'Flat Blade' for about £20 - rubbish.....they squeaked, juddered and didn't wipe parts of the screen. Bought Bosh 'Aero' for about £35 .... Much better. Still not as good as originals but acceptable. 2008 Freelander2 GS TD4

I'm with Dave Alford, I too bought a pair of Halfrauds blades, the only blades I have known that screech and judder on a wet screen and quiet on a dry screen, false economy, binned them for genuine ones after two weeks Evil or Very Mad

bought the Bosch aero a couple of weeks ago and very pleased with them. ( both front and back set )

seem to be as good as originals in performance, quality and design.

the cheaper Halfords type do look flimsy in comparison, and probably false economy.

Iain

ps in my view going for a refill is a bit too pennypinching and not worth the effort.
