TPMS - anyone have it? What do you think of it?

I am thinking of getting a TPMS with a colour display for heat and pressure with the various levels settable by the user to flag a warning if out of spec. Its an aftermarket one with sensors to replace the valves, so a tyre fitter will be needed to install them.

Does anyone have the LR factory fitted one, if so, can it be retrofitted?

Does anyone have the sort I am referring to fitted? If you do, what do you think of it?

Thanks

Jon

I have factory TPMS on my FFRR.

It warned me of puncture a few weeks ago and potentially saved me a blow out on the motorway.

A good extra to pick on any car.

Check out the trailair system our site sponsors are offering

When you factor in it does trailers wheels also, temp or tyres and has a reversing camera all built into the rear view mirror I think it's very good value for money

TPMS is also a must on run flats as some are so good that you can't tell it's deflating. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.
