How to remove a phone already paired?

Evening all.

Have an 08 with bluetooth. Wife has a new phone and we can't pair it with the vehicle as there is no capacity. We need to remove her old one from the list on the screen. How is this done? Am I being simple or is there something i'm missing?

Thanks in advance.

No need to remove, just pair the new phone.

Only two reasons why you can't 'pair' would be:
a) You have the maximum number already 'paired'.
b) You have a phone 'docked', try 'undocking' then attempt a 'pairing' again.

In fact there may be a third, there's something wrong. Sad
