Well finally i think its sorted!, not sure what they have done as they have never given us any paperwork but i think they have changed the roll bar bushes and the off side suspension leg, and all is now quiet.

THERE ARE NO Greasing points in Freelander's suspension! While driving on speed bumps as soon as you leave the bump, the suspension tries to keep the wheel in contact with the road, resulting in full oppening of the shock absorber. Unfortunately for a 4X4 car, the down travel of the front suspension of the Freelander 2 is just 6,5cm. Therefore the suspension comes to its down limit, resulting in a big tag noise.
