HID are included with winter pack. It can be confusing as HID lamps can use Xenon gas too, confusion arises as they are sometimes referred to as Xenon lamps. When you turn them on the start with a flash, go blue and after 20 secs, or so, become a very bright white, another double check you have them, will be the lack of a height adjuster on the switch console. many thanks taztastic all the info I have re the winter pack describes the lights as xenon. I've had the car now for 6 weeks, done loads of night driving on country roads and love the lights ps for snow head to the Highlands |

It was interesting to see a new Merc C Class today, they have gone from projector lamps back to a standard reflector for the SE and Elegance models with halogen lamps.

OK I am confused by all these posts. I am sure the other day I read a post somewhere on this forum that stated the FL2 handbook carried a mistake re which lightbulbs we need.
