Transmission Fault

Had this message ping up yesterday whilst driving, followed by Traction Reduced.
Got back home a couple of minutes later with it still showing.
Parked car for half an hour before going out again - no sign of this fault now.
Any ideas - should I be worried, or is it just a random gremlin??

Could be random - mine was an ABS sensor that eventually failed. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
Replaced by Ewok what a mistake - now a happy Disco Sport owner
