Hi Appreciate it might not make much difference, but contacted Harwoods via their website asking what they are doing about your situation. Hopefully if they realise I have the option of going elsewhere you might get something out of it. Good luck - bearing in mind what they pay for parts, it would be cheaper for them to fix it and get some customer satisfaction rather than 500 people on here thinking what a way to run a dealership. Personally I have always found them good and their customer days are really well put on, but reading your post this is bad. Simon |
