Rear Door Opening

Anyone had an issue opening the rear door on a MY11? The button on the key fob works OK, but the little rubber encased release catch doesn't do anything anymore. I have it booked in to be looked at tomorrow, but was interested to hear if this is a common problem.

Thanks,
CC

I had that a few weeks ago. It turned out to be the fuel filler solenoid. It had
shorted out and blown the fuse which stopped the rear door operating because
it is on the same fuse. Repaired under warranty.
