gear selection problem ? ideas anyone.

Hi Im new to this forum.
F2 GS manual TD4 6000 miles.
Gear selection has become increasingly notchy and awkward , especially 4th. SWMBO really struggles to engage gears at times. Fault is intermittent and oddly worse when gearbox has warmed up. Clutch does not appear to be dragging. Gear selection generally feels very stiff compared to the other F2s Ive driven recently.
Dealer not sure what he problem is - car has gone in today for investigation.
Anyone had similar problems ?
What was the cause ?
Really like the car otherwise.
Jules

Got it back today from Colliers in Erdington. Good service.
New gearbox oil, adjustment and lubrication to cable linkage. Seems OK now.
