Mr Pegleg has been making his home made enriched pastry this afternoon while Max my epilepic Collie stated fitting!
Anyway, it's rolled out fine (not the dog) and two dozen brandy soaked mince pies are now in th' oven for your consumption on Friday.

My pastry is okay, but not presentation. Very few are round and some resemble Scammell wheel nuts!
