Lines on display

Hello All, has anyone else experienced this. Went to the garage to start up the FL2 and found I had not locked it the previous day, Hit the starter button and it was a bit slow turning over but started OK, then I noticed a load of black lines over the centre dislpaly about 5 vertical on the left and one horizontal just under the MPG display.
I had to go somewhere so continued driving and they graduly faded, until after 40mins or so they had all gone.
Has it anything to do with a low battery voltage?, I know this can cause problems.

Seem to recall it is indeed linked to low battery.

Mine did that once. Has never done it since. Guess it was just a software glitch.
