2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Santorini Black
Fault????

Sometimes a message" transmission fault tracion reduced appears on the info center.....anyone else had this???....easy cure( an i dont meen dont look at it Whistle )....07 hse..

Something to do with a sensor in the haldex unit I think, but some one will be along shortly with the correct answer as it is a fault that has come up before Thumbs Up ______________________

Yes, faulty sensor, could be a new pump kit needed or if you are unlucky new haldex. I was lucky, they started with the sensor but when this didn't work they fitted a new pump kit, fingers crossed no problems since.

Check Haldex oil level, when low, pressure sensor sends error message.
