Over the past 13 years I have bought 7 Merc's & BMW's- I am always looking for the best 'deal' BUT first class service is essential - indeed I have walked away from good finaciila deals as the 'First impressions' but not impress.

Looking over past few months at buying a Freelander I have visited a number of dealers in the North West- promise I will ring you/email you- never happened, made me feel that it was a 'favour' if they sold me a car
Two exceptions - James at Lookers- who went out of his way to help but we could not find vehicle.

I had been to Hillendale's - the only dealer that impressed me face to face- Caroline has now sold me a XS- great deal BUT also with outstanding service.
