It sounds like you're trying to access the site via https:// which doesn't work as the site doesn't use an SSL secured login as there is no financial information shared with the site.

Clear your cache, and restart the browser. If that doesn't work, do it again, but restart windows before opening your browser again. Remember it's Microsoft, IE, the most hated browser by developers,... need I say more? |

Also check the date of your computer to see if it's correct.
