Anyone know how to remove the internal vents? Had my car valeted any the nob jockeys hit the adjusting slider off. And I think the only way to replace it is to remove the front vertical vents.

the same happened to me. I improvised. Using standard electrical wire ( lighting / ring main 2.5mm works best ) I cut a length approx 8" long with a bend / loop at one. Stuck the silver slider to it with blue tack, pushed in in between the slats and pulled it back in place. Simple. took 10 minutes thinking, and 2 minutes to resolve |

If more people would do like you... Just the other day I saw one guy who'd kept trying to assemble something and, in the process, irritated, told me one phrase that I belive it will remain an anthological one in my mind... "Boy, it's for the third time I cut from this piece and it's still short...." |
