Looking good Thumbs Up - nice spec also, whats was the difference in price between this and the XS / HSE?? I think you ticked all the same options as I would...

Any pics of the interior - interested to see what it looks like with the alcantara and the arm rests

Thanks , price wise depends if your talking standard xs ,hse or adding options to them, when you look at the xs list price standard is around £4000 more, than the gs, I have put the same trim in ours as the xs but we ar missing sat nav, heated screen , heated seats map reading lights puddle lights and front parking sensors, all of which we don't need, and did not want to buy just a standard looking xs,no disrespect to xs owners coming from the mini world I wanted to build something a bit different, think we have and by the response out and about she is turning a lot of heads,

Funnily enough, I wish that I'd specced up a GS, rather than ordered an XS. It's only after I'd got it that I'd realised that I could have ordered everything that I wanted on the GS and added a sunroof, tinted glass and a spare wheel for less than the price of the XS and all that I would have lost out on would have been the useless satnav!

At least you didn't order bonnet stripes, a black roof and a Chili Pack for your GS....

Australia 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 SE Auto Stornoway Grey

The white always looks pretty classy and this one has been finished off extremely well. It makes the Evoque far less appealing! Being white means you won't go offroad though - if so, very rarely. The grass looks challenging. I can't quite fathom why, but 90% of all the vidoes going around showing the Fl2 offroad feature Stornaway ???? Perhaps a wierd FL2 DNA kickback?
