Transalpina, DN67C, Romania | |
Maybe some of you saw the episode from Top Gear series, made here on Romania, on Transfagarasan road, in the Fagaras mountains.
http://www.topgear.com/uk/tv-show/series-14/episode-1
In my opinion, the Transalpina road (DN67C) is more impressive, long and beautifull.
And reach a much higher altitude.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transalpina_(DN_67C)
Here it is, the entire length, from Obarsia Lotrului to Novaci, with a time-lapse of 3x.
The road is not entirely finished, but it is practicable.
At 7:00 minute, I've made a quite nice panorama, after I climbed up with my FL2 up to one of the highest points in the mountains.
