Just to add to this interesring story. Ive been told that the owner came up to see how things were going. On entering with his dog the dog got very stressed and ran out so i guess the dogs mind was playing tricks too.
On speaking to several other people who have done work there several have stated similar things happening. I suppose we are all seeing and hearing things.

Have you check the door frames to see if the are still in line, a few degrees out could make a door close, also they might have been a early fire door
